A blend of Rieslings from throughout the Columbia Valley, Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling is a perfect “everyday Riesling.” Specially fermented to protect Riesling’s fresh and fruity character, this vintage is a medium-dry wine with crisp natural acidity. Aromas of apple and subtle minerality make this a pleasure to drink. Easily matched with fresh fruit, shellfish, mild cheese, and herbs like dill, chervil, and coriander.
